At Apecho Foundation, we believe that menstruation should never be a barrier to education, confidence, or opportunity. Through our Pad a Girl initiative, we are working to ensure that every girl can manage her menstrual health with dignity and continue pursuing her dreams without interruption.
Our program goes beyond the distribution of sanitary pads. We provide menstrual hygiene education that equips girls with accurate information about their bodies, promotes healthy hygiene practices, and helps eliminate the stigma surrounding menstruation.
